Super Bowl XLV Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Green Bay Packers Mike Tomlin

As Super Bowl XLV between the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Green Bay Packers rapidly approaches I will be rooting for a good competitive game that goes down to the wire with suspense and intrigue. I must admit I will be closely watching Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin as he is trying to win his second Super Bowl in four seasons I have a great deal of respect the way he handles himself.

These photos of Mike Tomlin were taken January 3, 2010 against the Miami Dolphins during the 2009 season.

Miami Dolphins rookie Nolan Carroll living his dream

This feature on Miami Dolphins rookie Nolan Carroll was probably my most difficult assignment and yet probably my most rewarding. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day I was so sick I couldn't even stand up with a fever, severe headaches, and extreme hot and cold chills. I had to get to the stadium early to get my credential for the one o'clock game Sunday after Christmas. The weather in Miami that morning was extremely cold and windy and my body was wet all over so I was hot and freezing all day at the same time.

I found me a spot in the end zone that was somewhat blocking the wind and pretty much stayed there the whole time. The other difficult part of this assignment was Nolan was a kick returner and only touched the ball a couple of times with a play or two at cornerback on defense.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Stefan Logan (11) tries to avoid Miami Dolphins cornerback Nolan Carroll (28) on a kick return in the second quarter during an NFL football game at Sun Life Stadium on December 26, 2010 in Miami.
