UBBL & former Cardinal Newman High School, University of Florida, and 10 year veteran of European Basketball star Eddie Shannon at his 1st Annual Eddie Shannon Basketball Camp for ages 5-18 held on July 24, 2010 at John F. Kennedy Middle School in Riviera Beach, Florida.

Using Basketball to Better Lives, is a nonprofit organization that strives at “Perfecting the Craft, while Cultivating the Character”! They take the game of basketball and use it as a drawing tool to get young people better prepared not only for the game of basketball but the game we call life.
The goals of the program are to make a positive difference in the lives of young people, and to create a positive relationship with family, friends, law-enforcement, teachers and the community.
