The panel consisted of State Representative Mack Bernard; former Palm Beach County Commissioner, Addie Greene; Police Chief of Riviera Beach, Clarence Williams; former South Bay Mayor, Clarence Anthony; President and CEO of the Urban League of Palm Beach County, Patrick Franklin; and Attorneys Richard Ryles and Dan Williams.
