Palm Beach County commissioners dedicated the Congress Avenue Bridge that connects West Palm Beach with Riviera Beach to Herman McCray Jr. a Riviera Beach resident.
McCray, the retired owner of McCray’s Barbeque Restaurant, a civil rights leader and community activists for Riviera Beach, has honored in a ceremony Saturday, September 25, 2010 in the commission chambers at the Palm Beach County Governmental Center in West Palm Beach.
